For surfboards and oversized items rural delivery is to your nearest Mainfreight depot.

We make sure that all surfboards/goods are carefully packed. We ask that you inspect the box thoroughly before signing for it. On the very rare occasion your box looks like it's has some damage) please take a couple of pics while the driver is still there. Then open the box and inspect the contents indicating any damage on the consignment note. Should the goods be damaged upon delivery, then please contact us immediately so that we may follow up with the courier.
