Free shipping over $150 excludes items such as surfboards, skateboards, board bags & luggage. Orders under $150 are $10.00 or $15 to an RD address. Please note we do not deliver to PO Boxes, Great Barrier Island, Waiheke Island or the Chatham Islands. Free shipping excludes rural delivery. Delivery is through a tracked national courier and is usually 1-3 business days. Rural delivery is up to 7 days and is non signature. You can leave instructions in your order for the courier if you are not home, i.e. leave at the back door.
Oversized items are $30 North Island & $40 South Island. Please enter a urban or business address for this shipping option, there is no RD delivery on oversized items. Sometimes delivery is to your nearest Mainfreight depot depending on your location.
Surfboard shipping is North Island $80 & $100 South Island to your nearest Mainfreight Depot.

We make sure that all surfboards/goods are carefully packed. We ask that you inspect the box thoroughly before signing for it. On the very rare occasion your box looks like its has some damage) please take a couple of pics while the driver is still there. Then open the box and inspect the contents indicating any damage on the consignment note. Should the goods be damaged upon delivery, then please contact us immediately so that we may follow up with the courier.
