For surfboards and oversized items rural delivery is to your nearest Mainfreight depot.

 Orders under $100 are $7.00 or $12 to an RD address. Please note we do not deliver to PO Boxes, Great Barrier Island, Waiheke Island or the Chatham Islands.

Delivery is through a national courier and is usually 2-3 business days. Rural delivery is up to 5 days and is non signature. You can leave instructions in your order for the courier if you are not home, i.e. leave at the back door. .

We make sure that all surfboards/goods are carefully packed. We ask that you inspect the box thoroughly before signing for it. On the very rare occasion your box looks like its has some damage) please take a couple of pics while the driver is still there. Then open the box and inspect the contents indicating any damage on the consignment note. Should the goods be damaged upon delivery, then please contact us immediately so that we may follow up with the courier.
