Terms and conditions/ Returns

 

  • Payment must be recieved in full before we send off your board or order.
  • For custom surfboard orders, we do not offer a refund of your deposit once your order has started.
  • All products and services are subject to availability. In the event we have sold out of a product you have ordered we will contact you to find an replacement or we will offer a refund.
  • Prices for goods and services stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges.
  • All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax ("GST").
  • All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
  • In accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 any goods that are faulty or not of good quality, you the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or refund.
  • We do not issue refunds on surfboards.
  • We may exchange or issue a credit note (valid for 6 months from issue date) for a change of mind purchase subject to several conditions: 
  • •    Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase with original tags and receipt.
    •    A refund does not apply to items on sale, however they may be returned for either an exchange or credit note.
    •    Goods cannot have been worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by the customer.
    •    Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

    .A refund may be provided in the case of a damaged or faulty item.  Goods are inspected before packaging to ensure they are in excellent condition. Products are packaged carefully to ensure a minimal chance of damage during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange or a refund.
