Also known as a step up or semi gun, a bigger wave board is generally longer than your everyday board, narrower with a more pulled in tail to prevent the board from sliding out on steeper sections.

The Traveler’s refined bottom contours, with reduced concave between the fins, work together with a straighter, pulled-in outline through the back third of the board to provide increased hold and control when the waves get serious. The leading fin is positioned closer to the rail, helping the board stay connected to the wave face and giving you the confidence to push harder through turns.
